How did I find out about Turbonomic?
Choosing to join Turbonomic was one of the better decisions I've made in my career path. I stumbled upon the Turbonomic job opportunity through LinkedIn. After applying to the position, a recruiter contacted me and we had a brief chat over the phone, which marked the starting point of my Turbonomic journey. At the same time, I was also in contact with a variety of companies including advertising agencies and fortune 500 companies. Throughout the interview process, I was attracted to Turbonomic more and more because I felt a personal touch with the people I interviewed with. I have always wanted to work at a high-growth company with a small team environment and I felt that Turbonomic delivered on everything and more.
I can't forget to mention the culture here at Turbonomic. The culture of the company is very positive and uplifting, and the technology is very fascinating and exciting. I know i made the right choice by joining the Turbonomic family and couldn't be happier!
What was I doing prior to Turbonomic?
Before joining Turbonomic, I was a Senior Analyst at a market research firm in NYC. My daily responsibility included being the point of contact for the team and helping to coordinate different training projects. Although I had a different job title, I felt that my project management skills and experience with MS Office/Salesforce would make a great fit for my current role. I have always wanted to work in a startup environment, and that’s why I came here. The personal touch of the team and the startup atmosphere is very exciting for me.
